1. Shipping Destinations

We ship our products worldwide, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Weight and size of the order

  • Selected shipping method

The final shipping cost will be shown before you complete your order.

Note: For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping destination, and external factors such as customs clearance or shipping delays.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

7. Partial Deliveries
