These Terms and Conditions apply to all consumers and businesses using our services. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or when the goods are dispatched.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices listed include the applicable German VAT (Value Added Tax) and are stated in Euro (€).
Additional shipping costs may apply and are displayed during checkout.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are indicated during checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping is carried out by selected logistics partners.
If the delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address details or refusal to accept the package, the customer shall bear the resulting costs.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (as defined by § 13 BGB) have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.
We shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to typical and foreseeable damages.

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Pinneberg, Germany.

11. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The contract language is English; however, the original German version may be referred to in the event of legal disputes.
